You must have the following criteria to be an approved carrier

• The carrier must have at least 30 days of Common or Contract Active Operating Authority.

• The carrier must not have any revocations in the past 12 months.

• The carrier must have a minimum of $1,000,000 of Auto Liability and $100,000 of cargo coverage.

• The carrier must have a satisfactory Safer rating.

• The carrier must complete all onboarding paperwork, and carrier packet, and submit any requested paperwork such as a COI.
